Hardware stamping parts are applied in various industries, processing different products and materials. Both precision parts and large parts can be processed through stamping. Stamping processing can also be divided into precision hardware stamping and ordinary hardware stamping, which are different, although they are also stamping processing. So what are the differences between the two. Let's take a look at the differences between these two.
Ordinary hardware stamping:
This type of hardware stamping has no precision requirements. Its substrate thickness is relatively thick, and there is no need for cutting, cutting, stretching, and other processes. Ordinary stamping and processing can meet the requirements.
Precision hardware stamping:
From the word 'precision', we can understand that precision hardware stamping requires high precision. During the processing, there are high technical requirements for precision punching machines, molds, materials, lubricants, etc., and the processing also requires high technical requirements. Its accuracy requirements will have a range, beyond which it is considered an unqualified stamping part. So the requirements for this stamping process are also higher.
Generally speaking, the factors that affect its accuracy mainly include: incorrect punching sequence, rebound during the punching process, inconsistency between the shape of the workpiece in the previous process and the supporting surface of the working part of the mold in the next process, which causes deformation of the precision stamping workpiece during the punching process, thus affecting dimensional accuracy. Due to poor positioning during operation, the blank shifted during the punching process. Alternatively, inaccurate positioning caused by defects in the shear piece (such as prisms and missing edges) can lead to dimensional deviations. The selected raw materials are of poor quality. The manufacturing of stamping die blade size exceeds the tolerance. Due to improper adjustment or rounded wear in the previous process, the principle of equal volume during deformation is disrupted for parts with multiple stamping processes, resulting in changes in dimensions after punching. Poor stamping shape.
If any of the above points are not well done, it will definitely affect its accuracy. So to improve the precision of precision hardware stamping, it is necessary to grasp the above points well. Only when everything is done well can high-precision stamping parts be processed.
